Cancellation Policy

We understand situations arise when you may need to cancel or reschedule your child’s session. To do so, we request you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your slot to another client on our waiting list.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before your session maybe subject to the full session fees if we cannot find a replacement client at short notice to fill your slot. This includes No-shows without prior notification.

When booking a private class we require payment in full 48 hours prior to your session start time.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy, as it helps us cover facility & staff costs along with maintaining efficient scheduling & service quality for all our clients.
